EXTREEMLY SLOW 1050 ti

[GTX 1050 Ti]

Hello, I have a gtx 1050 ti and i see that the average benchmark is around 5900, but mine is only 5200. Can anyone help me, i only got it on christmas. Am i able to swap it ???

Also i got the one with no power cable, Would that affect anything

One more thing. I only get 80-120 fps on lol, and i got more than that on my gt 730?

I ran a last test on my computer and my gpu improved to 5.5k and 660 for 2d, now it has gone down when i used the new programme
