But I am not able to find any ranking for this processor. How does it compare to the i7-2670QM?

There is no i7-2670M processor listed on Intel Website.

My guess is that it is probably a mistype and it is actually supposed to be 2670QM. I also can't find the exact laptop model from searching Dell, but from Google, some spec sheets list it as having 2670QM processor.
