i was wondering if i should build a pc using the Intel pentium g4560 compared to my laptop that has a i5 6200u. does a difference of 1000 give any noticeable speed increase/ better performance when using adobe photoshop and illustrator. or what would be a good budget cpu for adobe around £100 give or take. thanks

Or wait a couple of weeks for the AMD RYZEN CPUs to be released.
Yes, you'll likely notice a small different in performance with a 1000 point difference in the score. The difference in higher, (percentage wise) for the single threaded performance.
