New psu in 40 euros budget!

Hi!
Since my psu is very bad, i decided to buy a new one but on a 40 euros budget.
I live in portugal so the things here are a little (a lot) more expensive than in us.
I have been thing about some particular models:
Aerocool KCAS 500W
Corsair VS350
LC power office series 450W LC600
I would like to know if any of this psu is reliable, and wich is the better one.

Hard to comment without knowing the power requirements of your system. Corsair is the most well know brand from these 3 units however.
