Amd core count

Hi There,

why ist the AMD core count showing with twice the cores they have?
ryzen 7 is showing with 16 cores and threadripper with 32 or 24.
i know that was right for the bulldozer generation, but why is it for Zen?

Where are you referring to?

For example, on the CPU page for the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X we report it as having 16 Cores with 2 threads per core.
