i3-8100 vs i5-7600 benchmarks

Hi All
Does anyone find it strange that most benchmarks put these 2 CPU's at neck and neck, but here the benches are very different 6362 vs 8101 can anyone explain this?

We only have small number of results for the new 8100 CPU. And among the results there was one low result pulling the results down (probably thermal underclocking).
I've excluded that result and the i3-8100 gets a higher average result. Bringing it fairly close to the older i5-7600.

For the moment at least we still rank the i5-7600 as better.

Note that the charts only update once per day (overnight US time).
