Xmp is problematic? Motherboard and rams question

There will be not stability problems using XMP? I read that XMP is most problematic

Or just buy memory without XMP?

There is no real disadvantage to buying RAM with XMP. You don't need to use the XMP feature.

Yes but ram is rated as 3000mhz. Without XMP will be 2133mhz.
