How come the OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 benchmarks are dropping almost 2000 pts did passmark change the way they rate them

No change was made in the way the drives were tested.
These drives are sensitive to the install conditions. So there is a fair range of benchmark values.
We also clean up duplicate results, and misleading results from time to time. So that might have had an effect. I can see there was one dude that submitted the same high result, from the same machine, more than a dozen times. And that has now been excluded. So maybe that was it.
Still a pretty awesome result rating however.
