    Upgrading Video Card

    Hi There,
I want to upgrade my Video Card and due to the fact that I'm not as knowledged in the hardware part of it I thought I would ask you guys for your opinions.

I have the following within my computer:
    CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 945
    Main board - FOXCONN 2AB1
Video Card - ATI Radeon HD 5450 (512 MBytes)
    Power Supply - 300W
From my understanding my CPU allows for any PCI xxx model.
This computer is a HP computer with the original tower it came in.

I want to upgrade my Video Card to one that can handle a good amount of gaming. I know that I would have to upgrade my power supply also considering its in the low end when it comes to wattage. I would be looking to spend $100 - $150 on the video card. If you could recommend a good video card & power supply also that would be very appreciated.

    Thank you very much.

Maybe a GeForce GTX 650 Ti or Radeon HD 7770

There are lots of good power supplies available.

We could bought a few SeaSonic Gold (550W 80plus) units, which seem to be pretty good.
