hi- im thinking of getting a new gaming laptop.
It seems the Intel Core i5-8300H @ 2.30GHz cpu is faster than the Intel Core i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz even tho the i5-8300H is 2.30GHz and both hav the same cores 4 (2 logical cores per physical). can someone explain this to me.
