Looking for a PSU tester that can test under load

Looking to upgrade some tools and am considering Thermaltake's Dr. Power tester. Are their other options that can test under loads?

If you can wait until early in 2019 we have a better PSU tester under development which can test under full load and also check all the critical ramp up timings.
