Radeon HD 3870 vs Radeon HD 7670M

hi i had a question regarding these two graphic cards.
the minimum req in game-debate.com for various new games like splinter cell black list or battlefield 4 says that Radeon HD 3870 is capable of running those games at minimum settings
but when i use their CAN/RUN feature to see if Radeon HD 7670M 2gb can run the games it gives it a 4 rating and says no. even though in your graphic card benchmark 7670m is ranked higher than the 3870 and has more points.

can someone please explain that to me? thanks

The performance of the two cards appear to be pretty close to each other.
So which one is better would depend on the specific game, resolution selected, which CPU it was paired with, etc..

I have no idea how their can/run feature works.
