I ran a passmark test with the latest version of the Performance Test application after installing my new ZOTAC RTX 2070 Mini and it has reached a 3D score of 12600. The average for this GPU is 14000~. Is this a problem?

However, after overclocking this GPU to +155 core and +1050 memory it reached a score of 13330.Comment

I overclocked it to +150 core and +1200 memory. it's stable, score jumped to 13500 in passmark. not going to mess with it any further.Comment
