Graphix card with multiple monitor ports

Please help, our church want to do video streaming as well as multiple (3) monitor output with different content on each. The card must also be able to receive the streamed content in order to check the quality of the stream. We also want to do seperate audio streaming. The audio will be the same as the audio which is part of the video output..

All video cards, even the cheapest ones, can display video (streaming or not).
Video card have nothing to do with, "checking the quality" of video streams.

Thank you for clearing that. I guess the question is more about the ammount of display ports available on the video card, we need at least 3 active AVI display ports.
