Please Help me to choose best Labtop

Hi my friend . i wan't to buy a new lab top , now i have a Asus K55V with below Specification :
CPU: Corei5-3230M @ 2.6-3.2GHz
Cache: 3MG
Ram: 6 GB , DDR3
GPU : invdia geforce gt 610M - 2GB
HDD : 750 GB

i'm a electronic Engineer and want to work with soft wares such as :
1. Matlab
2. Proteus
3. HFSS
4. ADS
5. codevisin AVR
and ....

please help me to choose one of the below labtop :

CPU: intel corei7-4702MQ @ 2.2-3.2GHz
Cache: 6MG

number 2: Asus vivobook S551lb-cj026h
CPU: intel Corei5-4200u @ 1.6-2.2GHz (4rd generation Hasweell)
Cache: 3MG
Ram: 4 GB , DDR3
GPU : invdia geforce gt 710M - 2GB

number 3: Apple Macbook air 2014 - MD711B
CPU: intel Corei5-4260u @ 1.4-2.7GHz (4rd generation Hasweell)
Cache: 3MG
Ram: 4 GB , DDR3
GPU : intel HD graphic 5000
HDD: 128 GB-SSD

i have one question ? i like to buy mac but hesitate that softawers such az matlab and ADS and other electrical engineering software can be install on it ?

The Corei5-3230M is a fairly recent CPU. So the upgrades you are proposing aren't going to be a big step up.

I would instead suggest swapping the hard drive in your existing laptop for a SSD.
