Comparison of Xeon E5-4669 v4 vs Xeon E5-4667 v3

Hi all,

Does anybody know if the comparison of Xeon E5-4669 v4 vs Xeon E5-4667 v3 seems to be correct?

Intel Xeon E5-4669 v4 @ 2.20GHz has higher Clockspeed and # of Physical Cores but its CPU Mark is only 11523, while Xeon E5-4667 v3 has worse characteristics and higher CPU Mark 15397.

The Intel Xeon E5-4669 v4 is a very rare CPU. We've only seem 1 example of this CPU in the last 4 years. So it is likely the margin for error is rather high.
I agree that on paper it looks like it should be a bit higher.

Maybe this test should be marked as requiring additional checking or something alike?

As I understand processor Intel Xeon E5-4667 v4 is also very rare and not represented on your site?

We don't typically benchmark systems ourselves. The data in the charts come from users of our PerformanceTest software. If a CPU is not in our charts then it is likely no one submitted a benchmark for the CPU. If you have this CPU and would like to contribute:

Download and install PerformanceTest.
Start PerformanceTest then from the menu bar select "Tests->Run All Tests".
Once the tests have run select "Baseline->Upload Baseline to Web".

PerformanceTest will run on the system regardless if it is overclocked. However, the public charts online will filter out overclocked machines from the averages. We have a separate chart for overclocked CPUs.
