Hi!
So recently I have been comparing the Intel Xeon Platinum 8280L and the Intel Xeon Gold 5215, and while doing so found out that the Gold's single thread rating is higher than the Platinum's. However, should one enter to see each CPU's specs on their own, one can see the Platinum can make more operations per second than the Gold. How is this possible?
I'll leave the links for the comparison, and each CPU's page:
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare...5/3662.2vs3620
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php....50GHz&id=3620
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php....70GHz&id=3662
If anyone could give me an answer I would be so grateful!
