Do these results match up?

I was hoping my new laptop would have better results.... I'm wondering if there is a fault in my laptop, looking at these results. What do you guys think?

CPU, disk and RAM all look OK.

But the score is let down by the 3D results. That laptop has two video cards, the Intel UHD Graphics integrated in the CPU and a separate 2060 chip. So maybe the 3D tests are not running on the 2060?
What are the individual 3D results?
