Why would a 1070Ti perform low in GPU Compute and DX10 subcategories?

More screenshots: 7 photos total: https://imgur.com/a/mjYrBi5 . It is odd that it scores so highly in other categories but not these. What could cause this? Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times. Every diagnosis is a bit different.

You seem to be using V9 of PerformanceTest, which is an old release.
    Can you try with V10?

Well, I purchased V9, lifetime license. I don't think that would make a difference in data collection and comparison graphs.

Update: I've purchased the upgrade. But I still maintain that it should make zero difference.

Turning off gsync helped my score. Not sure if thats an issue for your 1070ti

Gsync can limit frame rates (depending on your monitor). But that shouldn't be an issue for GPUcompute.

What are your V10 scores in each of the 3D tests?
Also what are the system specs for the whole machine?
