Troubleshooting TCP test

Hey all, I've recently installed this on my computers, most of the tests work fine, but for the life of me, I can't work out how to run a TCP test from one computer to another using ethernet.
I can run both TCP and UDP over WiFi and UDP in the current configuration, but TCP will not work at all.

Any suggestions?

The underlying network doesn't matter.
From the point of view of the test it can be CAT6 ethernet, ADSL copper pair, wireless or a piece of string. As long as TCP/IP (or UDP)

The test just uses the active network connection.

There can be many reasons for it not working. Everything from the cable not being plugged to firewall issues.
