power supply recommendation

Is this power supply good enough for CPU AMD QC up to 100W along with GPU 7850 up to 130W.

I couldn't find the official specs from Coolermaster for this PSU.
Some unofficial specs seem to indicate that it isn't a very efficient unit.

But a quality 500W unit should be enough for 100W CPU + 130W GPU.
(assuming you don't install 10 fans, water cooling, half a dozen hard drives, etc...).
