How to do memory benchmarks ?

I'd like to compare my sticks with these:

My question:

Which tests do I need to run to get a result in these categories ?

The tests are from our PerformanceTest benchmark software.

If you run all the tests then you'll see a sub-set are the RAM benchmarks.
