  • What a hell,, why my passmark test has dropped huge amount in every aspect.

    first test was 6 montsh when i bought it and now..

    only thing i notice that turbo is gone off. I quess it oveclockin or something. but can it affect so mutch others than cpu test?

    hardware has no change, just drivers updated in this six months,,

    System power profile setting? PC Bloat (e.g. software installed since)? Overheating (e.g. dust accumulation inside computer, bad/dead fan)?

    Check the following forum post for additional possibilities, Causes and Solutions for a slow PC - PassMark Support Forums

    You can also try running the benchmark again to see if the results are reproducible in case during the last benchmark other background activity was running at the same time.

      if the downrating would go down only little , but it massive, really dont beleave it would sofware,, maybe bad driver, really hard to ficure switch one.. maybe just need to format and try clean install like that first score was made.

      when comparing result, the some memory scores has almoust just cut half (pic), so i quess somethin has happened to other memory stick?

      and why it has memory has no name in new score list,, and cpu also has no turbo feature on those site informations boxes ,, does it not sen those informations now,, in bios turbo is is enabled.

      and when testing and surveling heat during the test, everything looked fine,,

      but thanks, ill check inside tomorrow if there would be somethin that does not running, or mutch dust..

      old score -> https://www.passmark.com/baselines/V...d=160364409433

      new score -> https://www.passmark.com/baselines/V...d=179827328607

      that graphic card issue ill ficure already, it was g-syng what was limiting it, disableling it and that goes back up where it was, but would not infect other cpu or memory score.

      there is that latest where gpu working right, https://www.passmark.com/baselines/V...d=179834458677

        download malwarebytes , it doest find anything but it put windows defender offline.

        so defender has major inpact to performance, I did have defender on that orginal best score, so defenetly defender has gone worse.

          Of maybe there was a anti-virus scan taking place while you were doing the low benchmark run. Defender shouldn't impact CPU and 3D much while it is idle.
