I agree that the scores are low for the ARC 770. I am getting 16600 passmark score on my Acer Predator OC ARC 770. I have much better performance than I did with my MSI RTX 3060 16gb. My Acer Predator OC ARC 750 had about the same score as my MSI RTX 3060 16gb. I am playing my games at the highest setting and not seeing any lag. Also note that I grabbed my Acer Predator OC ARC 770 for a bargain of $215.
BUT, I did try the ARC on a motherboard that did not support resizable bar and it did not work. Also note that my passmark benchmark on the ARC 770 was dismal until I updated the driver and firmware from Intel.
