Trying to boot from usb

Hey there,

Right now I'm trying to boot from the seen system (photo) but on boot the USB drive just doesn't show.
On another PC it works fine and the USB drive can be accessed after post perfectly fine.
I have tried the v4 version (which should be working) and the newest. But in both Cases the USB drive just won't show at boot up. Any tips, to get it running?

Looks to be an Intel D975XBX2 motherboard by the BIOS version shown in your screenshot. The motherboard is from early 2000 and guessing it doesn't support UEFI. With no support for UEFI, you will need to use the MemTest86 V4, if you cannot get USB boot to work, then V4 is also offered as an ISO to write to CD on the download page.
