10th gen for laptops

Hi, what is the best performing 10th gen processor that is for laptops?

All of the following are fairly close.
Intel Core i7-10700E @ 2.90GHz
Intel Core i7-10700TE @ 2.00GHz
Intel Core i9-10980HK @ 2.40GHz
Intel Core i9-10885H @ 2.40GHz

But I don't know why you would restrict yourself to these older CPUs.
