Performance Test 9.0 Beta - 4K resolution DX12

When running Performance Test 9.0 Beta I am running into issues with the DX12 Benchmark.
When the test starts I get penalized as it is saying unable to run in the 4K resolution.
My GPU is a GTX 950 and my TV is 42” Seiki both support 4k
This happens when the desktop is in the 1080P or 4K resolution.
Games and movies are running in 4k fine just not that one benchmark.
Is there something I am not doing correctly?
