i see published everywhere FX-8350 as 8 core, in your tables its is listed as 4 core dual threads just as intel does, i am confused are really 8 cores in fx-3850?

It does have 8 cores, but they are aren't all full cores. Some resources are shared.
So more accurate description might be that they have 4 full cores + 4 nearly full cores.
