We don't (or at least very rarely) benchmark CPUs ourselves for the CPU charts. Nearly all data in the charts comes from user submissions from our PerformanceTest software.
For popular newly released CPUs, they will typically appear within a couple of weeks. For more rare or expensive CPUs, they can take longer (if at all) to appear.
