My base line appears to be low compared to other tests.

Is this true or artifact?
Are there any changes I can make?

This mismatched DDR4 RAM jumped out at me however.


That CPU (with the right motherboard) supports DDR5 and having optimal matched pair might gain a bit of performance as well.
Depending on the benchmark / algorithm this might gain 15% performance.
