not happy with the results :(

    I have:
    Dell XPS m170 | Pentium M 760 (2GHz/533MHz FSB) | 2GB DDR II | 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 6800 Ultra | 60GB Ultra ATA 7200RPM HDD

PassMark rating: 412 (partial, without cd)

    CPU mark: 416
    2d mark: 874
    Memory: 351
    Disk mark: 250
    3d mark: 539

    should I be worried?

They don't look so bad. Portable PCs are never as fast as desktop machines. You trade off the speed against power efficiency and portability. Maybe you have unrealistic expectations?

maybe your right... but considering the price tag, they had to do something about it...

I also noticed one thing, first I run test it always ranges from 420-428 - whenever I run tests afterwards I always get more than 438! Is that normal?

The reason why I'm worried about performance is that I droped it once... nothing seems to be damaged from the surface, but could be internal - could this explain law scores?

Small differences of 10% or less are fairly normal between runs. Partial caching of the disk test, CD spin up times, background tasks and other factors can combine to vary the score slightly.
