Hard to know if it OK as you didn't mention what video card you have. If you have a high end video card the score might be a little low. If you have a mid-range card the score is OK.

There are some baseline files included with the software. These can be found under the 'baseline' menu in PerformanceTest. You can use these to compare the speed of your PC with other PC's.

If you purchase the software, you can also download additional baseline files from our database of 5000+ benchmark results.

The onboard G965 Express video chipset is really really slow. If you want to play any new 3D games, you should consider purchasing a new video card.

          other Issue

Thanks a lot. Can you suggest me best motherboard from intel??? for core 2 duo ?? which has good on board graphics?

I would like to share one more thing... my processor is E6420 @2.13 Ghz but mostly runs on 1598.4 Ghz occasionaly it goes to 2130.2ghz but immediately it come back to 1597.8 like some thing and mostly stay on 1597.4ghz etc. I use Cpuz 1.40 and 1.33 to detect clock speed. Is that normal thing ?? why core 2 duo 2.13 runs underclock ??

None of the onboard chip sets are much good. Rather than getting a new motherboard, just get a graphics card.

                ...

lol relax, Performance test didn't show ur L2 cache because it doesn't detect it, w/e dont' worry about it, it's... there...

About ur speed going up and down, you should check ur bios for Power Savings, i'm sure some feature is set to underclock your CPU.

About your score, you can improve it my putting in a DVD with a few big movies in it, (a small amount of large files). And.. dude, buy a video card really... A good, cheap card that i'd suggest is a NVIDIA GeForce 7600GT (not a GS cause it's much worse).

                Good luck

I think it might be normal power & thermal mangement. Not point running at full speed when there is no work to do, and you're idle.
