      There are several ways. The most common is to replace your CD drive with a RAM drive. Of which there are various sorts. Some people call this cheating, but as this isn't a competition, and it is technically hard to prevent, and there are valid reasons for wanting to do this on occasions, we don't attempt to stop it.
