Bottleneck? Need some help with my results.

As a base, I got a not that diff setup but as you can see from my results below you lag on 3D and disk performance. A cpl of new (single platter) disks in raid0 and a upgrade from your 2600 card will work magic I'm sure

I've kind of thought about changing my harddisk drive cause I thought it was the hardware part that was lagging down the rest of my system.

Basicly I use my system for some video-editing/dvd-burning and couple of games here and there (Unreal Tournament 3, Command and Conquer 3 ... )

I'll have to try and figure out how RAID works on my mainboard.

I also seem to regret buying this 2600 too, from benchmark tests it seems to be a little less powerfull than my 1650.

Now to find some nice hard drives to put it, might go for maxtors again.

Also, download and run Process Explorer 11.11 from MS technet. It's task manager on steroids. Have a look at what you got running on your machine, and how it runs. Get rid of all stuff you don't need running and get rid of everything that seems to be bloatware. Security suites/antivir tools are often bloatware.

I can't judge what is worth doing for you. It depends what you do with the machine and how much cash you have. If you just use it for writing Office documents and surfing the net, don't spend any money on it. If you use it for new high end games, then it might (or might not) be worth a expensive video card, or throwing it all out and getting a whole new machine (if you have a lot of cash burning a hole in your pocket).

The score doesn't look so bad for the hardware. Abnormally slow startup normally mean you have too much being loaded at startup.
