3D Complex test results way too low.

I have a GeCube 9800 Pro video card, athlon xp 2000+ processor, a gigabyte GA-7VT600 motherboard and 512mb ddr400 ram.

In the 3d graphics tests i got:
Graphics 3D - Simple: 1211.5
Graphics 3D - Medium: 1188.8
Graphics 3d - Complex: 68.6
3d Graphics mark: 823

Compared to the 9600 Pro i seem to have got what i should have, except in the Graphics 3d - Complex test. The 9600pro got 362 and my 9800pro got an appauling 68.6.

Could anyone explain any possible reasons/solutions for this?

problem solved, it was vsync.
