I just recently update my processor, it is a amd phenom 9950. When I run performance I get a really low cpu score, 1253 to be exact. I noticed in task manager that it only runs the cpu up to 50% is this normal? I saw a thread about system mechanic or something causing this problem. I do not have that installed on my comptuer. Any ideas would be great
