LOW!! CD/DVD drive score

Why is my CD/DVD drive score so low compared to everyone else? (we're talking scores like .1) the rest of my system is running in the top 15%.

Don't use an audio CD for the test.
Use a data DVD. Pick one with a small number of large files if possible.
