The Asus M4A78 Pro only supports a single CPU. So you can't possibly have more than 1 with this motherboard.

I have replaced the motherboard to MSI K9A2 Platinum. It seems my cpu is running at 721. Could there be any things else that causes the slow down beside the motherboard ? Below is the results:

You are using an old hacked version of the software !!

I can't believe people download pirate software and 1) expect support from the manufacturer, 2) expect the software to work 3) think those Russian hackers are really nice people and wouldn't dream of including a whole pile of malware with the hacked software.

What a intellectually challenged individual- amazing

I hear you Administrator- must drive you nuts knowing how much pirated material, your work, gets slapped around for free. But then to haver the guy come on and ask for diagnostic help, well it just don;t get any better than that.
Sounds kind of like the situation where a thief breaks into your house, you are terrified and shoot him in the leg, he escapes, then sues you for causing his injury.
                Keep your chin up.
