Ptest.exe fails to start

hello,recently i have been trying ptest 7 all was working fine till my comp crashed now when i start ptest i get startup error:1


can anyone help as to why it aint working

im on windows 7 build 7100

Can you try reinstalling PerformanceTest and see if that helps, then post the result.
