pc that feel a little bit laggy in gaming

hi guys! for first sorry for my english, i try to explain my problem! yesterday i was gaming with need for speed shift and i had the sensation that the game went a little bit laggy, so today i have decided to run this test...and this is the result:

First thing I see is your using a laptop and playing a game that has just come out. Your PT results look on par compared to other laptops with the same hardware so I would say nothing is wrong with your laptop.

I would guess the lag you are complaining of is a result of playing on a laptop. Laptop CPU's and GPU's are not as powerful as there desktop counter parts unless you spend 3 or 4 K on them. That being said some things to try to help the problem. Since the game is new make sure you have the latest patch. http://www.needforspeed.com/web/nfs/downloads
Set windows power management to high performance.
Make sure no background tasks are running.
Lower the screen resolution and or quality settings in game. Good luck!

The M in 9600m stands for mobile. Mobile parts normally run at lower speed than non mobile parts so they are slower. The 9600 series is a lower end part to begin with. Its a entry level gaming card at best.

The T9400 CPU isn't too bad for a Laptop CPU, but it can't match the desktop CPUs

And as Wonderwrench correctly pointed out the 9600m GT isn't a match for desktop cards. To be honest I am a little suprised the games is playable at all. It must scale down well for slower hardware.

Lower the game settings, or do your gaming on a desktop machine.
