Perfomance Test 32bit under Win64bit?

Hello!

Have any disadvantage, if I run a 32bit Performance Test under Win7 64bit?
The results of test will be inaccurate?

The results are accurate if you want to measure the performance of 32bit applications on a 64bit system.

The 64bit release will get higher results however on a 64bit system.
