My CPU results are coming out around 30-40% slower than the slowest of comparable systems. I'd love to know why.

You only posted 3 of the results from the CPU tests. It would be been interesting to see them all and also know the specs for the machine. In particaular the O/S.

My spec is:
- Dell Vostro 200
- Windows 7 Business 64-bit
- ATI Radion 2400HD Pro 128Mb
- 4 Gb RAM
Here's all the results and full spec (this is better than the first run, but still seems rather inconsistent to me). I'm intending to replace the graphics card to improve video performance, but where are the other bottlenecks?
