version 7 really not portable/runnable form USB stick?

As I found out version 7 is not portable/runnable form USB stick.
Is this true?

version 6 coukld be run from USB stick.

Could you make v7 portable as well?

Version of PerformanceTest is definitely runnable from USB.

version 7 is not portable in the same way version 6 is.
windows UAC interferes.

so even on usb, you need admin privileges to run it.

version 6 could be run from usb by any user, even with limited rights.

Portability and needing to be admin to run an app are separate unrelated issues.
