You can see a list of available v4 baselines files here,

Which ones you use depend on what you want to see.
If you want to see how fast your PC is compared to a new Pentium4, then look for those baseline files that have the 2.8Ghz or faster Pentiums. If you want to see how fast you machine is compared to similar machines. Look for other machines with a Celeron CPU around the same speed.
(Note that these baselines files will not work in the evaluation version of the software.)
