  • Passmark Video Card List is full of wrong results for all Nvidia Laptop cards !

By default, most of the 3D tests are done with the Intel HD rather than the GeForce.
But the final 3D score of this wrong test (about 1250 with this problem !) is uploaded as the GeForce 850M's score !
Once the computer settings modified for having the GeForce taking every graphic tasks, the final score for 3D is about 2700

The average score of this card on http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php is 1400, because 90% of the time, the score is the Intel's one !

1 year (or 2 ?) ago I noticed this problem and contacted info@passmark.com but this is catastrophic as all the database is still growing completly wrong on those cards and nobody cares about this report !

A lot of people use http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php in order to compare the results of differents cards before to buy. So sad that it's completely unusable on laptops and nobody cares !

The scores reflect the real world performance of these machines. If the machines are setup in such a way to run 3D applications on the slower of the available video card, then this is the result.

But having said that, we have put a lot of work into the 3D testing for PerformanceTest V9. Both the detection of the available cards and running on multiple cards.
So if you have specific examples of this behaviour in PT9 let us know.
