3D Graphics Mark test fails

As you can see on the 2 pictures, the test for my graphics card fails and I suspect that it is broken. Can anyone deny or confirm this? The reason why I ran the test was because my computer started getting FPS drops in a game I usually run with 300+ FPS (drops down to 20 FPS). The issue started suddenly and didn't fix itself with a restart.

Do I need a new graphics card?

Bonus question: Which would you recommend?

There was no evidence of a hardware failure in your screen shots. All that can be discerned is that some of the 3D test weren't run.
