i have some issues with my new gtx1060 getting really low fps in games (there first month it didn't, but now it does). so i did a benchmark and got extramly low scores.
2D mark: 315 (less than half of what is should get)
3D mark: 715 (less than 10% of what i should get)
i tried reinstall driver and even did a clean install of windows but i doesn't seem to help.
i have no idea why it's preforming so bad.

Please see this thread for a list of common issues that cause 3D problems.

The newer versions of GeForce Experience automatically turn on a "share" feature that can impact on fame rates and benchmark scores so if installed it's worth checking to see if this is off (though we haven't seen any cases where the performance hit was this bad).

If you haven't already tried running the system at the stock speed (removing the overclock) then this would be a good idea to try as well.
