Floating point benchmark accuracy?

Is this accurate? My 3rd gen i5-3570k compared to 6th gen i7-6700k both overclocked. Integer test does give correct scores.

There does seem to be a plateau in the floating point scores with the newer CPUs. The increase in floating points speeds has been rather small.
