dx12 issues

I found a considerable problem in the tests: I always get partial results because when making the video test 3d in DX12 is impossible to do so, the program tells me it is impossible to carry out the test because my card does not support DX12, but I have a nvidia gtx 1070 gigabyte G1 with updated drivers...

Could you please send us a debug log after trying to run the DX12 test?
