Most BIOS's allow you to play around with the RAM timings.

I am not saying this is the problem. It is just a possibility.

It might be just the random fluctuation due to background activity. You should maybe run the test 5 times in each config and take the max if you are trying to measure small differences of 0 -10%.

It might be that your BIOS has altered the RAM timings when you installed the additional stick.

It might be that you have gone from dual channel back to single channel.
Thanks for the quick reply! ^_^
How to alter the RAM timing back to the right timing for 4GB RAM?

    Memory - Allocate small block

    Memory - Allocate small block
    1054.8(4GB) - 1186.2(2GB) = different Memory -131.4
Can you explain why the larger the size the lower score?
